DUG Well 1.76

This minor update to DUG Well corrects four issues.  It is available for immediate download.

• fix all new process panels starting out collapsed
• curve creation: create new curves with the same Depth curve as the first input, thus preventing xplot later complaining that depth curves are different
• curve selector: curves without a specific unit in the LAS now allow selecting any unit, rather than only dimensionless units
• fix an exception when loading default, built-in templates
